Postcard Theatre

North West based Postcard Theatre is to bring its latest production, an immersive play entitled A Grey Divide, to a Durham café in November.

Written by American playwright Juan C Sanchez, the play focuses on a man and a woman, Jason and Anna-Maria, in their late 30s and at a vulnerable time in their lives when they are desperate to make anything work. They meet and over a period of a single evening they desperately cling onto the fragile connection they have between them, too scared to contemplate the alternative.

A Grey Divide is set partially in a coffee shop and so the company is performing it in cafés and coffee shops throughout the North.

The Durham venue is Cafedral at the corner of Saddler Street and Owengate and the performance will be on 1 November at 8:00. The production also tours to Preston, Liverpool and Manchester. Tickets (£8 + 80p booking fee) can be booked online at WeGotTickets.
