Best Event Durham
- Kynren: An Epic Tale of England

Three other awards—Best Overall Event, Special Award for Youth Achievement and Outstanding Contribution to North East Arts and Culture—will be announced at the Awards Ceremony which will take place at Hexham Abbey on the evening of 11 May 2017.
