For most theatres in the region, this is post-panto week and some have gone dark, some are showing films and, for a very few, there are comedy or music one-night stands.
Still running are:
- Cinderella at Newcastle’s Theatre Royal until 15 January;
- Dick Whittington at Harrogate Theatre also until 15 January.
